Leclerc's strategic committee, and Gilles Babinet, founder of CafeIA and a leading figure in France's digital transformation.

Venue — NEOMA Business School, 6 rue Vandrezanne, Paris 13th Attendees — 500+ registered
Organizers — IRIS x NEOMA Business School, in partnership with Diplomatie Magazine and Courrier International

Laurent Boyer will take part in the first morning panel, focused on the central question: "Artificial intelligence, a strategic asset for economic performance?". Alongside Alain Goudey (Chief Digital Officer, NEOMA) and Claire Mathieu (Director of Data & AI, Suez), moderated by Delphine Manceau, CEO of NEOMA Business School, he will bring AlloIA's perspective on the transformation of commercial models in the age of agentic AI.

Panel 1: 9:45 AM – 11:00 AM

AI is profoundly transforming business models and production methods. In a context of intense international competition, AI has also become a strategic challenge for competitiveness and sovereignty.

  • Laurent Boyer — Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, AlloIA
  • Alain Goudey — Chief Digital Officer, NEOMA Business School
  • Claire Mathieu — Director of Data & AI, Suez
  • Delphine Manceau (moderator) — CEO, NEOMA Business School

Laurent Boyer will develop the concept of architectural sovereignty: beyond control over data or algorithms, it is the mastery of the AI commerce infrastructure itself that will determine the competitiveness of companies and nations. He will also address the commercial paradigm shift driven by AI, moving from a Search - Click - Site model to a Question - Answer - Decision model, placing recommendability and selectability at the heart of new brand visibility challenges.

AlloIA, positioned as the infrastructure layer for agentic commerce, will be presented as a key player in optimizing brand visibility within AI systems, much like Stripe and Shopify structured payments and e-commerce in the previous decade.

The day promises to be rich: after Delphine Manceau's opening remarks, Michel-Édouard Leclerc will deliver his geoeconomic perspectives on AI before Gilles Babinet's keynote. A second panel will explore the global geopolitics of AI and the Sino-American rivalry, moderated by Camille Boulenguer, director of IRIS's Observatory on Digital and Emerging Technology Geopolitics. Pascal Boniface will close the morning with his geopolitical outlook, followed by a networking lunch.
